The summer breeze is definitely something to enjoy. As we take time to relax, unwind and enjoy every minute of our vacation, we experience the ultimate satisfaction. To do this with our pooches is truly twice the fun. Bringing along our pets during vacation days is like a cherry on top of the cake – a more pleasurable and delightful bonding. This is clearly seen in this silent video of a little Shih Tzu named Dax.
Dax is obviously having a doggy afternoon inside his owner’s car. But what makes this afternoon so fine is the air that passes through the car’s windows. Even if Dax is very small and can be carried by the rushing wind, he seems not to mind the strong currents. In fact, he is even enjoying very single moment of it. Watch this video where this cute pooch closes his eyes, opens his mouth and bask in the speeding air. He makes himself even cuter when he tries to “bite” the air to savor his road trip moment.
Shih Tzu are definitely the most beautiful when they show off their long manes as they move with the wind. Whether they are inside a car or simply running along the park, this asset of theirs really put them in the limelight. Dax may look super adorable in his summer breeze music video, but care must be taken when a Shih tzu this small is subjected to a moving car and speeding wind. Their eyes can be irritated by the dust or can easily get dry. For a few minutes, it may be allowable; but for longer interstate trips, you may have to place your Shih tzu in his carrier and let him rest. Make sure to check his eyes for any foreign body or increased tearing to be able to remove any irritant and avoid eye infections. Have some eye drops ready or any clean towel or cotton that might come in handy when such situation arises. Check also for any scratching and pawing that may indicate discomfort on the eye area.
Nevertheless, a Shih tzu enjoying the summer breeze is definitely the cutest!
