This is not the first time we heard of Munchkin and his overloaded cuteness. He is the same Shih Tzu who wore the teddy bear costume at a Halloween Party and garnered millions of views in YouTube. If this is the first time you have heard of him, still, you will not get disappointed as you will have a chance to experience the charmer of this pooch. In this video, he is also wearing his famous outfit but this time he is in for a morning exercise – not on the park, but on his owner’s treadmill.
Exercise is important in dogs. This must be given an important note especially in indoor dogs where the Shih Tzu belong. Most Shih Tzu owners prefer their pets to stay where they are – on the bed, couch or anywhere cozy inside the house. Given this, Shih Tzu must be given routine exercise on a daily basis so that their muscles will stay developed and won’t get weakened. But during the holidays, snow is constantly falling the neighborhood park is not as conducive to a Shih Tzu exercise. Yes, you may bring your Shih Tzu out in the ice but for only 10-15 minutes at the most. The paw pads of dogs are equipped with an anti-freeze feature that allows them to stay for quite some time in the cold; but if exposed for prolonged periods, they can get really cold. For such reason, it is suggested that dogs can use the treadmill at home to substitute for their morning walks. Well, as for Munchkin, he decided to take on the treadmill in his uber cute teddy bear costume that doesn’t seem to bother him at all. Actually, we are starting to believe that in Munchkin’s heart, he is a teddy bear and not a Shih Tzu. He may be considering a career in the teddy bear department; and there seems to be nothing wrong with it. Actually, it fits him like a glove. His fan base is constantly rising and his cuteness is on the rise on spreading all throughout the world. Who knows, Munchkin may win the award as the most well known Shih Tzu in the planet.
